Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary based on location and fulfillment center and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Your order number

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges (No Free Returns)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
